We provide moving services for both residential and commercial clients. Our services include, but are not limited to, local and long-distance moves, packing, and storage solutions.

3. Booking and Payment
To book our services, you must complete our online booking form or contact us directly via phone. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. All payments must be made in full before the completion of the moving services.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Liability
Econo + Déménagement à petit Prix is fully insured. However, we are not liable for any damages to items that are not properly packed or for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
